Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Australian team. You will troubleshoot BAU network issues, manage BGP & IPsec tunnels, and ensure secure, compliant operations across our environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper and Palo Alto devices, plus strong collaboration with internal teams and government clients. On-site work in Australia is expected.

Qualifications

Experience as a Network Engineer.
Knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/FortiNet/Juniper/Palo Alto devices.
Experience with BGP, IPSec VPNs, and firewall policies.
Ability to work in secure government environments with compliance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve BAU network tickets covering switching, routing, and firewall controls.
Work within secure government environments with strict access controls and change management.
Manage BGP routing configurations and troubleshoot peering for stability.
Monitor IPsec tunnels for site-to-site connectivity and address encryption issues.
Respond to incidents escalated by the service desk with timely resolutions.
Plan and implement network changes, including firewall, routing updates, and AP deployments.
Monitor network performance and health; identify improvements and capacity needs.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and network diagrams.
Ensure wireless coverage and security configurations meet standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and government clients to align with requirements.
