Harvey Norman in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Network Services engineer to join the IT Operations team. Based in Silverwater, you will manage distributed Cisco (wired and wireless), Juniper (Wired & Wireless - Mist) and Fortinet environments across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore and Malaysia.

Your responsibilities include leading change management, maintaining comprehensive network documentation, and delivering service request fulfillment while driving BAU

Qualifications

• CCNP or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in change management and maintain network documentation.
• Deliver high-quality service request fulfillment and customer support.
• Drive BAU initiatives including installation and upgrades of network systems.
• Troubleshoot and escalate incidents across franchise, corporate, and data centre networks.
• Analyse faults with external vendors and propose effective solutions.
• Participate actively in project activities.
