Job summary

Harvey Norman, Australia’s leading retailer, is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Network Services team in Silverwater. You will manage distributed Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet environments across franchise stores and data centres in Australia and beyond.

You will deliver service requests, maintain comprehensive network documentation, and drive BAU initiatives. The successful candidate will hold a Cisco CCNP or equivalent, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Customer-focused, results oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributed Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet environments in franchise stores and data centres.
• Deliver service requests with efficient fulfillment and strong customer service.
• Drive BAU initiatives including installation and upgrades of network systems.
• Troubleshoot and escalate incidents across franchise store, corporate and data centre networks.
• Analyze faults with external vendors and recommend effective solutions.
• Participate in project activities related to network infrastructure.
