Qualifications

• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless, Firewall/SIEM, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading operational change management and maintaining network documentation.
• Delivering high-quality service request fulfillment and customer support.
• Driving BAU initiatives including installation and upgrades of network systems.
• Troubleshooting and escalating incidents across franchise stores, corporate, and data centres.
• Collaborating with vendors and participating in network-related projects.
