Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer for its Sydney, Australia location. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting complex enterprise networks with a focus on SD-WAN and traditional WAN/LAN technologies.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Meraki gear and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure service quality. The position requires 6-8 years of experience in Technical Operations, strong knowledge of BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, and CCNA/CCNP certifications.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Technical Operations and Service Delivery in large enterprises or service providers.
• Designing network, configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting configurations.
• Hands-on with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Silver Peak, Velocloud, Meraki).
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot network as per requirements; document changes.
• Support SD-WAN solutions and monitor performance for high availability.
• Prepare low-level designs from high-level designs and collect network info.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of client support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and change management.
