BlueCare in Mount Warren Park is seeking a Network Administration Officer to support day-to-day delivery of services across a network of local neighbourhood teams. Based in the Mount Warren Park office, this role provides professional administrative and logistical support to neighbourhoods, covering planned and unplanned leave.

Key responsibilities include rostering/scheduling support, serving as the first point of contact for customers, managing requests, and ensuring data accuracy in Blue Care

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office Suite and database applications.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal/external customers.
• Desirable rostering/scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery across a Network of Neighbourhood teams.
