Job summary

Annexa is seeking a senior NetSuite Solution Architect to own end-to-end customer solutions within the NetSuite Ecosystem, from pre-sales shaping to successful delivery. The role demands accountability for outcomes and high-level solution design authority across the project lifecycle.

You'll lead workshops, craft solution design artefacts, and collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure a fit-for-purpose deployment that meets customer goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on NetSuite experience across implementation, solution design and consulting.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end integrated solution design.
• Advanced understanding of NetSuite ERP across core modules and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or BIS or equivalent experience.

Solution Architect - Oracle NetSuite Ecosystems

Location: Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD Hybrid

We're looking for a senior NetSuite Solution Architect who can take ownership of complex, end-to-end customer solutions within the Oracle NetSuite Ecosystem — from shaping the approach in pre-sales through to ensuring successful delivery. This is not a design-through-documentation role — you'll be accountable for outcomes.

This is a highly senior specialist role requiring a minimum of:

• 10+ years hands on NetSuite consulting experience
• 5+ years owning end-to-end solution architecture
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, integrated solutions across multiple modules and systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement at senior finance and operations levels

The role

The solution architect leads end-to-end solution design across new and existing client engagements, working from pre-sales through to delivery to make sure the right solution gets designed, scoped and built. You'll be the primary design authority across the full project lifecycle, accountable for solution quality and customer outcomes from first conversation to go-live.

Day to day, you'll be running workshops, building solution design documentation, working alongside project managers and technical consultants and maintaining peer-level relationships with customer stakeholders. The goal is a customer who feels like you understood their business, a solution that performs and projects that close within scope.

What you'll do

• Documentation - produce solution design artefacts to Annexa's standards, written clearly enough for the customer and comprehensive enough for the delivery team
• Technical collaboration - work with the technical team to design bespoke solutions, providing business process input, validation and deployment support
• Estimates and SOWs - develop scoping estimates and statements of work and present them to customers for sign-off
• Project oversight - manage delivery in collaboration with project managers, coordinating functional, technical and third-party resources to keep projects on track within budget, scope and schedule
• Risk management - identify risks and issues early, contribute to mitigation strategies and manage assigned actions through to resolution
• Pre-sales support - work alongside account managers and business development managers to support the sales process with solution expertise
• Process improvement - identify and recommend improvements to ways of working, both for customers and internally

What you'll bring

• Advanced understanding of NetSuite ERP across core modules, process areas (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash) and third-party integrations
• Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles and common business processes
• Ability to build peer-level relationships with finance and operations stakeholders and architect solutions around their strategic goals
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication - your documentation is thorough, accurate and written for the audience in front of you
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience
