Job summary

Annexa is expanding its Technical Consulting team across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking customer‑focused consultants at all levels who thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering impactful NetSuite solutions.

You’ll work with customers to understand business needs, design practical NetSuite solutions, and deliver outcomes through implementation, consulting, support, and continuous improvement. Hybrid work options available across Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland.

Qualifications

• Previous consulting or implementation experience.
• Previous integration experience.
• Previous experience developing in the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with NetSuite platforms and integrations with middleware such as Celigo, SaaS solutions, or business systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and design practical solutions.
• Deliver successful outcomes through implementation, consulting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
