Job summary

Cality Care is seeking caring and motivated casual NDIS Support Workers to join our team in Pimpama and surrounding Northern Gold Coast areas. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily activities, and support clients to participate in community activities.

Experience in aged care or disability helps, but students are welcome. A valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and up-to-date checks and certifications are required or can be obtained. References provided on request.

Qualifications

• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements.
• Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car.
• Must have NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain.
• Must have Paid Blue Card or willing to obtain.
• Must hold First Aid/CPR certification.
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in Pimpama and surrounding Northern Gold Coast areas.

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services an advantage - students are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
