Job summary

Cality Care is seeking Casual NDIS Support Workers on the Gold Coast to provide in-home care, personal support, and community participation for clients in northern Gold Coast areas. Flexible hours and travel to several suburbs are involved.

Ideal applicants have experience in aged care, disability, or community services, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping people with disabilities. Mandatory checks include NDIS Worker screening and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, disability or community services is an advantage; students are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support, including daily living activities, personal care and community participation.
• Develop and implement individual support plans to meet each client's goals.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing and independence.
