Qualifications

• Blue card (Working with Children) likely required.
• NDIS Worker Screening mandatory.
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Understanding of NDIS and commitment to its principles.
• Experience in motivational support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, person-centred support to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with families, support people and others in clients' lives.
• Keep accurate records of activities via progress notes.
