Job summary

Brain Injury Care and Supports is seeking a Level 3 Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants with complex needs, coordinating SIL supports, in‑home care, community access, and other complex arrangements.

You will work across Brisbane and surrounding areas with flexible employment options (casual, part‑time, or full‑time) depending on experience and participant needs, ensuring high‑quality coordination and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Support Coordinator (Level 2 or 3).
• Demonstrated experience coordinating SIL supports.
• Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, reporting and compliance.
• Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disability, ABI, or physical disability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports.
• Assist participants to understand and utilise their NDIS plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress submissions.
• Engage with families, providers and community services.
