Job summary

Lifely in Bendigo is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator for a 12-month maximum term contract to join our Bendigo Office. The role is full-time and based in-office, with remuneration at SCHADS Level 4, starting at $92,279 per annum pro-rata or $46.70/hour.

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication; accurate record-keeping.
• Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills.
• Dedication to their job and their team; reliable.
• Excellent time management and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to connect with resources and suitable providers.
• Help establish service agreements and outcomes with resources/providers.
• Assess and process referrals from NDIA for Support Coordination.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all participant contacts and support.
• Research and stay updated on local providers and services.
• Ensure accuracy of client contracts, quotes and expenditure; manage budgets within guidelines.
• Submit plans and costed proposals for events/activities; submit NDIS reports.
