As an NDIS Service Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and delivery of high-quality, person-centred NDIS services to participants. You will oversee day-to-day service operations, support staff performance, ensure participant needs are met, and maintain compliance with NDIS requirements, organisational policies, and service agreements.

Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of NDIS services to ensure participants receive safe, reliable, consistent, and person-centred support.
Managing and coordinating support services in line with participant goals, NDIS plans, service agreements, and individual needs.
Leading, supporting, and supervising support workers to promote high standards of service delivery and professional conduct.
Monitoring staff performance, availability, attendance, and service delivery, addressing issues promptly and appropriately.
Working closely with rostering and operational teams to ensure appropriate staffing and continuity of participant supports.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with participants, families, support workers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Responding to participant concerns, complaints, incidents, and service delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitoring participant satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and outcomes.
Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Maintaining accurate participant, staff, service, and operational records.
Monitoring incidents, risks, complaints, and corrective actions and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Supporting internal audits, compliance reviews, quality improvement activities, and NDIS-related requirements.
Identifying operational risks and implementing practical solutions to maintain service continuity.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of support staff where required.
Reviewing service delivery performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to operational processes.
Working collaboratively with senior management to achieve organisational objectives, participant outcomes, and service delivery targets.
Ensuring appropriate communication and escalation of complex participant, staffing, compliance, and operational matters.

You will ideally have:
Experience in NDIS service management, disability services, support coordination, rostering, or a related leadership role.
Strong knowledge of NDIS requirements, service delivery principles, and compliance obligations.
Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, and supporting teams.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with participants, families, staff, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused when managing challenging or unexpected situations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate operational and participant records.
Confidence using rostering, scheduling, case management, and Microsoft Office systems.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative leadership team.
