Job summary

Brightside Recruitment is seeking an experienced NDIS Manager in Gosford to lead frontline disability teams and ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery. You will drive compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and monitor outcomes across the service line, reporting on performance and risk management.

You will oversee workforce planning, budgets and stakeholder engagement while shaping service improvement and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership or management experience in the disability or community sector.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and people-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with operational management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong administration and digital literacy.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
