Qualifications

• Experience in NDIS service management, disability services, support coordination, rostering, or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS requirements, service delivery principles, and compliance obligations.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and support teams while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of NDIS services to ensure safe, person-centred support.
• Lead, support and supervise staff to promote high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and service delivery; address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with rostering and operations to ensure staffing continuity.
• Maintain relationships with participants, families, staff and external stakeholders.
• Respond to concerns, incidents and complaints; drive quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
