Crescent Care Foundation in Western Sydney seeks a SIL Growth & Intake Manager to own the SIL pipeline from first referral through to move-in. You’ll build referral channels, manage the CRM pipeline and ensure safe, sustainable outcomes for participants.
This senior, accountable role offers direct access to the Director and executive team, a clear path to leadership, and hybrid flexible work. You’ll collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to grow the program while upholding the NDIS
Build the SIL program. Own the growth. Lead the outcome.
Crescent Care Foundation is a registered NDIS provider based in Liverpool, delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), high-intensity supports, specialist support coordination and allied health across Western Sydney.
We have the registration, the homes and the service depth. What we need now is one exceptional person to own the full SIL growth journey — from the first conversation with a referrer through to a participant moving safely into a home that’s right for them.
This is not an intake desk role, and it is not a cold-calling sales job. It’s a senior, accountable position for someone who has done this before, can show the results, and wants to build something that lasts.
As SIL Growth & Intake Manager, you’ll be the single accountable owner of Crescent Care’s SIL pipeline and conversion. You will:
We grow the right way. Every referral is consent‑based and transparent, and participant choice comes first. Admission decisions are made through a multidisciplinary panel, so you’ll never carry clinical risk alone. We don’t pay for referrals, we don’t pressure families, and we won’t ask you to bring a former employer’s database. We’re hiring your capability, not a contact list.
Crescent Care Foundation is an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. All appointments are subject to NDIS Worker Screening, a Working with Children Check and reference checks.
