Job summary

Maxlife Care, a doctor-led NDIS provider, delivers clinically robust, person-centred care to clients with complex needs. With GPs and nurses in-house, we offer 24/7 access to medical care and operate across NSW.

We are expanding our community engagement and referral partnerships to connect services with those who need them most. You will be a key ambassador, building trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospital social workers and community organisations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in business development, community engagement or disability services.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector, including SIL and complex needs.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with an existing network.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the South Coast region.
• CRM experience and ability to report stakeholder activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, hospital transition teams, allied health professionals, community organisations and other referral partners.
• Identify and pursue referral growth opportunities aligned with Maxlife Care's specialty in complex, high-acuity and behavioural supports.
• Represent Maxlife Care at community events, sector forums, expos and networking opportunities that build brand visibility and trust.
• Deliver informative, culturally responsive presentations and information sessions to stakeholders and referral partners.
• Partner with the Transitions Manager and clinical leadership to ensure referrals from hospitals and health services are handled seamlessly and safely.
• Analyse community needs and market opportunities to inform business development priorities and service positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of stakeholder activity, referrals and pipeline progress, and provide regular reporting to the Head of Client Partnerships.
