Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop reviews, input data into NDIS systems, and complete web-based forms.
• Communicate with participants, providers, and stakeholders via phone and digital channels to address enquiries and provide guidance.
• Process moderately complex planning tasks and assess entry/exit suitability for specialist streams in line with the NDIS Act and guidelines.
• Manage individual workflows, prioritize competing tasks, and elevate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Assist with basic research, data analysis, reporting, and project management tasks.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment, providing peer support and contributing to process improvements.
