Qualifications

• 2+ years in an NDIS environment, preferably with plan management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, time management, and ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
• Proficiency in Xero (essential) and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks, and as part of a broader team.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, payroll and financial recordkeeping with a strong focus on NDIS and TAC invoicing and reconciliations, debt collection, and reporting.
• Assist with maintaining accurate financial data.
• Assist with office and property setup, maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Provide general admin support to the finance and facilities teams.
