Qualifications

• Experience in disability or aged care (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Experience with high‑complexity support needs.
• Ability to work over nights and sleep overs.
