Job summary

Gladstone Community Linking Agency in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking compassionate Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Workers to join our team. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation and transport support across NDIS Disability Services and Aged Care, including SDA.

This 24/7 roster role requires genuine flexibility and a commitment to person-centred support. Essential duties include daily living assistance, community access, and building strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living assistance.
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation.
• Community access and social participation.
• Transport to appointments and activities.
• Medication assistance (where trained).
• Supporting customers to achieve individual goals.
• Implementing individual support plans.
• Building positive, respectful relationships with customers and their families.
