Job summary

Talent Hub Australia Pty is partnering with an NDIS service provider to recruit a compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a young participant with mental health needs in Ipswich, QLD. The role focuses on daily living support and personal care.

You will work closely with the family to ensure continuity of care, coordinate with school drop-offs Monday to Friday, and implement behaviour strategies when appropriate. Relevant qualifications and certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Experience with behaviour management strategies (advantageous).
