Job summary

CatholicCare NT is recruiting an NDIS Coordinator of Supports in Darwin to help participants implement funded supports and connect them with local services. You will focus on building capacity, linking participants to mainstream and community providers, and supporting families to optimise supports within plans.

The role requires qualifications in psychology, social work, welfare studies or men’s family violence, with at least two years in community services and strong coordination and data entry

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare Studies or Men’s Family Violence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the community services sector.
• Experience in psychosocial support is desirable.
• Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate computer skills and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to understand funded supports and link them to services.
• Help participants build skills and independence and connect them to providers.
• Collaborate with families to coordinate supports and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with required checks and reporting.
