Job summary

Danny Met Sally Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Services Officer in our Abbotsford Office to deliver hands-on, client-focused support in the NDIS space. This permanent full-time role emphasizes case management, quality service delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

You'll support clients through onboarding to ongoing management, liaising with families and care teams to ensure assessments, care plans and progress notes meet NDIs standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the NDIS sector, ideally within case management and understanding of funding, planning, and service models.
• Self-starter who improves processes and outcomes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through onboarding and ongoing case management.
• Engage with clients, families and stakeholders to build trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain care plans, assessments and documentation to meet NDIS standards.
• Coordinate with rostering, finance, recruitment, housing and operations.
• Ensure clear communication across departments to deliver requirements aligned with DMS values.
