Job summary

Flintwood Disability Services – Castle Hill NSW is seeking an experienced NDIS Claims Officer for a part-time, fixed-term role. You will handle NDIS billing, claims, and customer inquiries from our Castle Hill head office, using PRODA and NDIS software platforms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in NDIS billing/claims, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and meticulous attention to detail. Castle Hill location offers salary packaging and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in NDIS billing, claims, administration or finance.
• Strong knowledge of NDS pricing arrangements and claiming requirements.
• Proficient Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with PRODA and NDIS software platforms such as MYP or Nightingale.

Responsibilities

• Processing NDIS claims through PRODA and the NDIS Portal.
• Managing billing for STA, Day Programs, and Support Coordination.
• Preparing and maintaining participant service agreements.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving claim discrepancies.
• Tracking budgets and funding using advanced Excel functions.
• Liaising with participants, support coordinators, and internal teams regarding funding queries.
