Qualifications

• NDIS suitability at the Proficient level required.
• Experience in report writing and NDIS plans.
• Proficiency with NDIS reporting systems and case management software.
• Mentoring or supervising experience.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop Comprehensive and Interim Behaviour Support Plans.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Implement strategies focusing on holistic well-being.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise Core-level Practitioners.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and guidelines.
• Document restrictive practices and maintain case notes.
• Monitor progress with data collection and analysis.
• Deliver training and skill-building for teams.
