Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Psychology, ABA, or Allied Health.
Endorsement and suitability as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with Practitioner ID.
Minimum 12 months hands-on experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with participants, families, and support staff to ensure practical supports.
Develop interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and FBAs.
Conduct assessments, observations, and interviews for functional analysis.
Collect and use data to inform decisions and reviews.
Support implementation and training for frontline staff.
Address participant/carer complaints and maintain service quality.
Complete administrative tasks including risk assessments and goal reviews.
