Job summary

Transform Life Pty Limited in South East Qld is seeking a Proficient (or above) NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to step into a genuine leadership role. You’ll lead, mentor and develop a team of practitioners, while maintaining a small, well-supported caseload and staying connected to practice.

Qualifications

• Proficient (or above) Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Mentoring, supervising, or leading others.
• Strong clinical capability across behaviour support planning and implementation.
• Experience in disability, mental health, education, corrections or related fields.
• AHPRA or AASW membership highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 8 Practitioners and maintain high standards of practice.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
• Support onboarding and early development of new starters.
• Guide clinicians through complex cases and encourage accountability.
• Maintain a reduced caseload while delivering high‑quality behaviour support.
• Foster a connected, distributed team culture across South East Qld.
