Job summary

Qualifications
- Female candidate required for role as stated in ad.
- Experience supporting participants with bipolar and/or schizophrenia stated in the posting.
- Careful listener who can adapt to participant needs and care requirements.
- punctual, reliable, with good attention to safety and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Assist with medication and maintain documentation.
- Follow behaviour support plans and care plans.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Report changes in participant condition to the care team.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to policies and safety standards.
