Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a National Workshop Manager to lead the national workshop operation from Blacktown, NSW. You will guide workshop technicians, drive safety, quality and customer outcomes, and align operations with company goals.

You will shape workforce planning, oversee scheduling and capacity, champion Lean improvements and manage budgets and KPIs to lift performance. This role requires Australian work rights and local experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a workshop, maintenance, manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong safety leadership and the ability to build compliant workplaces.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance and developing people.
• Excellent planning and scheduling to manage resources and capacity.
• Experience pushing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
• Must have full Australian working rights and local experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop workshop-based team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee workshop operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Drive workforce planning, scheduling and resource utilisation.
