Job summary

InvoCare is seeking a strategic National Workforce Planning Manager to lead the transformation of our workforce planning capability across Australia. This senior role will centralise rostering, staffing, forecasting and analytics to optimise capacity and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, management, or leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing workforce, customers and business outcomes.
• Advanced stakeholder management across executive and operations levels.
• Experience in complex, multi-site or regulated environments.
• Exposure to workforce management systems such as Humanforce or Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national workforce planning framework aligned to business strategy.
• Lead forecasting, modelling and scenario planning for future workforce needs.
• Drive workforce optimisation strategies to improve performance and labour efficiency.
• Transform and lead a Workforce Planning team and the Time & Attendance function.
• Provide analytics and actionable insights to influence executive decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Transformation and People & Culture teams on change.
• Drive continuous improvement across forecasting accuracy, scheduling and governance.
• Act as the owner of workforce management systems and processes.
