Job summary

Service Stream seeks a seasoned Principal Structural Engineering Manager (SME) to lead a national team responsible for design, assessment and certification of telecommunications infrastructure across Australia.

You'll act as the technical authority, ensure safety in design, regulatory compliance, and manage client and stakeholder relationships while driving engineering excellence and professional development of the team.

Qualifications

• Chartered professional engineer with Australian registration.
• Ability to certify and sign off structural engineering outcomes.
• Expert knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and industry regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national structural engineering team.
• Review, verify and approve structural designs, assessments and certifications.
• Ensure safety in design and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver engineering solutions.
• Drive quality, governance and engineering excellence across the Wireless business.
