Job summary

Best&Less is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Leader to shape and execute the national VM strategy across a high-volume retail network. You will drive consistency in store presentation and lead campaigns, seasonal transitions and new store rollouts while partnering with Commercial, Marketing and store leadership.

You will coach VM specialists and store leaders, manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines, and translate performance insights into VM actions.

Qualifications

• Extensive VM leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-site retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead VM programs across a large store network and seasonal campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate insights into VM actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines and numerous projects.
• Experience coaching teams across geographically dispersed locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national VM strategy for a multi-site retail environment.
• Drive consistent VM standards and store presentation across a dispersed network.
• Lead campaigns, seasonal transitions and floor set activations.
• Respond to trading needs and store conditions with practical VM solutions.
• Collaborate with Merchandise and Planning to optimise space and customer flow.
• Use performance data to prioritise VM initiatives and store support.
• Lead VM delivery for new stores, refits and concept rollouts.
• Coach VM specialists and store leaders to improve capability.
• Build partnerships with State and Regional Managers and Support Centre.
