Job summary

Beaumont Tiles is seeking a Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Lead to own the presentation, shopability and customer journey across our national network of stores. You will drive standards, develop guidelines and coordinate rollout of new ranges and campaigns.

This role combines creativity with commercial thinking, supporting new store openings, refurbishments and showroom enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual and retail merchandising across multi-site networks.
• Track record leading merchandising initiatives across stores or regions.
• Ability to interpret data to improve in-store outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation across the national network.
• Develop and maintain merchandising principles, display standards and store guidelines.
• Coordinate the rollout of new product ranges, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and showroom enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer flow, navigation and shopability.
• Conduct store reviews and provide recommendations to improve presentation and consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure merchandising strategies are executed effectively.
• Balance commercial outcomes with an exceptional customer experience.
