Drummond Golf Australia is seeking a National Visual Merchandiser to elevate in-store experiences across our national franchise network. You will shape visual merchandising standards, influence customer experience, and drive sales with engaging displays and strategic product presentation.

You will collaborate with Franchisees, Product, Marketing and Store Development to implement best practices, monitor performance and travel for audits and coaching across stores.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar franchise environment within sporting goods.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer shopping behaviour.
• Experience developing planograms, merchandising standards and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards, planograms and best‑practice guidelines across the network.
• Create inspiring seasonal, promotional and new product displays that showcase products and drive sales.
• Support store refurbishments, fit‑outs and rollout of key initiatives, including Project Revitalise.
• Travel throughout the network to conduct store visits, merchandising audits and provide coaching to Franchisees.
• Manage supplier POS submissions, display requests, fixtures, props and merchandising materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to maximise product visibility and promotional impact.
• Analyse sales trends and customer insights to continually improve merchandising execution and store performance.
