rebel Morley is recruiting an in-store Visual Merchandiser to create engaging customer experiences and bring campaigns to life. You will lead hands-on execution of visual standards and coach the team to deliver high-quality displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideally, you have strong visual merchandising experience across 160+ stores nationwide, with a flair for storytelling and collaboration. This role offers a dynamic work environment with great discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• A creative eye for detail with a practical, hands-on approach to commercial execution.
• Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.

• Deliver high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard.
