Job summary

LiveHire Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Distribution Operations to lead our national distribution network across multiple sites, driving safety, service, productivity and customer outcomes.

You will oversee a team of Distribution Managers and Continuous Improvement professionals, delivering strategic initiatives, network optimisation and large-scale transformation programs while balancing operational execution with strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leader with distribution, fulfilment or logistics scale.
• Proven track record delivering transformation through people, projects and tech.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance of the national distribution network to meet safety, service and productivity targets.
• Execute distribution strategy and network optimisation initiatives for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and Lean across the network.
• Lead major transformation projects including automation and systems enhancements.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning and development.
