Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or similar support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop, review and maintain training plans and resources.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating training modules and learning resources.
• Writing, reviewing and maintaining training plans to support business needs.
• Coordinating training activities, documentation and administrative processes.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Supporting consistent training standards across multiple locations.
• Travel as required to support training activities.
