MSS Security is seeking a **National Training Coordinator** to support the development and delivery of training initiatives across our business. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and an interest in developing effective training programs. Experience working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be highly regarded. A hybrid working arrangement may be available once you are established and confident in the role, with occasional travel required to support national training activities. **About the Role**As the National Training Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating training activities and supporting the development of training resources to build capability across MSS Security.Your responsibilities will include:* Developing and updating training modules and learning resources.* Writing, reviewing and maintaining training plans to support business and operational requirements.* Coordinating training activities, documentation and administrative processes.* Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.* Maintaining accurate training records and documentation.* Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.* Supporting consistent training standards and practices across multiple locations.* Travelling as required to support training activities and operational needs. **About You**You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure to processes, coordinating activities and producing high-quality written materials.
