You will operate within a mature national function, manage licence requirements, coordinate regulatory reporting and audits, and provide technical advice to regulators and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in self-insured workers compensation environments.
• Ability to lead governance, assurance and audit activities.
• Experience working with regulators across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing self insurance licence requirements across multiple Australian jurisdictions
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, licence renewals and statutory submissions
• Support and lead self insurance audits and regulatory reviews
• Manage audit findings, corrective actions and associated assurance activities
• Build effective relationships with regulators across states and territories
• Monitor regulatory changes and interpret their impact on requirements
• Provide specialist technical advice on self-insurance and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external claims administration partners
• Maintain governance documentation, standards and technical frameworks
