Job summary

Rheem, a global heating, cooling and waterheating equipment manufacturer, is seeking a National Service Manager to lead its national field service, technical support and spare parts functions. You will shape the service organisation’s future while delivering today’s operations, combining strong leadership with strategic execution.

• Extensive leadership, operations, service or customer-facing operational experience.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and frontline leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial performance and trade-offs.
• Track record of materially improving operational performance and transformation.
• High learning agility and curiosity to understand complex technical products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rheem's National Field Service, Technical Support and Spare Parts functions, creating a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Shape and execute the longer-term service strategy and operating model, balancing immediate performance with future capability.
• Drive service transformation through digital technology, data, automation, and field service management systems.
• Develop organisational capability through leadership, coaching and succession planning.
