Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking an accomplished National Service Manager to lead the National Field Service, Technical Support and Spare Parts functions across Australia. You will shape the service organisation of the future while managing today’s operations with a strong customer focus.

You will lead a skilled workforce across plumbing, water heating, electrical and HVAC domains, leveraging data and digital platforms to lift performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, business, commerce, operations or related.
• Extensive leadership and operations experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and frontline leaders.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability with commercial acumen.
• Experience using field service management platforms such as SAP FSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rheem's National Field Service, Technical Support and Spare Parts functions to create a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Own service performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, safety and P&L outcomes.
• Shape long-term service strategy and operating model for today and the future.
• Drive service transformation through digital technology, data and process improvement.
• Build capability and accountability across product, quality, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
