TEN Group is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the Line Materials division from Brisbane with national influence. You will own strategic accounts, manage the opportunity pipeline, and drive profitable growth across major transmission and utility contracts.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Marketing, you will shape commercial strategies, governance, and tender execution while coordinating with engineering, Finance, Legal and Operations to deliver outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing B2B sales and commercial leadership.
• Exposure to utilities, transmission, distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Ownership of a sales budget, gross margin and contract portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute national Line Materials sales and customer strategy.
• Maintain national market presence through regular engagement with utilities and major contractors.
• Oversee tender function, bid strategy, pricing, governance and contract risk.
• Manage revenue, gross margin, expenditure and budget performance across the division.
• Coach and develop the team and align with Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
