Job summary

UGL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead major Utilities and Transmission Lines projects across Australia. You will drive planning, budget control, and safe delivery while aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.

You will partner with the GM to shape strategy, oversee tenders, manage client relationships and ensure successful execution of complex programs in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or extensive industry experience.
• Proven track record leading operations and projects in multi-discipline settings.
• Strong business, financial acumen and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major projects across Utilities and Transmission Lines.
• Plan, coordinate and control delivery to meet safety, time and budget targets.
• Develop commercial strategy and drive growth opportunities.
