Job summary

Lion is seeking a Senior National Support Analyst on a 12-month secondment to bolster our national Sales teams, anchoring pricing and planning data to drive informed commercial decisions.

The role spans Lion Australia's Independents team, focusing on CPI pricing, trade spend and data accuracy, while collaborating with Sales and other functions to streamline processes and deliver reliable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support promotional and core pricing activity, including CPI pricing and wholesaler requirements.
• Maintain accurate pricing, trade spend and planning information.
• Work across wholesale portals and internal systems to support execution.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support and other teams to resolve issues and keep activity moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplication and strengthen ways of working.
• Provide guidance, prioritisation and support to analyst workflows.
• Use data and reporting to support commercial decisions.
