Job summary

Lion Pty Ltd in Sydney, Australia, is offering a 12-month secondment for a Senior National Support Analyst. This role sits at the centre of pricing, planning data and sales support, ensuring accurate information and efficient processes for commercial decisions.

You will support promotional activity, maintain pricing and trade spend data, and work across internal systems to enable effective execution, while partnering with Sales and other teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including advanced functions (XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with data, systems and operational processes
• Good commercial understanding of pricing and promotions
• Strong attention to detail with awareness of downstream impact
• Confident building relationships with Sales teams and stakeholders
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach with continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to prioritise, delegate and guide others
• FMCG or large corporate experience would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Support promotional and core pricing activity, including CPI pricing and wholesaler requirements.
• Maintain pricing, trade spend and planning information accurately.
• Work across wholesale portals and internal systems to support execution.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support and other teams to resolve issues and keep activity moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplication and strengthen ways of working.
• Provide guidance, prioritisation and support to analyst workflows.

Looking for an opportunity to broaden your commercial experience and play a key role supporting our national Sales teams?

We have a 12-month opportunity for a Senior National Support Analyst within our Independents team. This role sits at the centre of pricing, promotional activity, planning data and sales support, helping ensure our teams have accurate information and effective processes to make strong commercial decisions.

What you'll be doing
