Job summary

Keyton is seeking a proactive Resident Engagement Coordinator to join the Residents Operations team across Australia. The role delivers national engagement initiatives for more than 15,000 residents and requires regular travel to villages, four days per week, with a 15-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
• Current driver licence and ability to travel to villages when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of national resident engagement initiatives across Keyton's villages.
• Partner with village teams to ensure a consistent resident experience and active engagement.
• Manage delivery and analysis of resident satisfaction surveys and translate insights into improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Represent Keyton professionally at village events and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and WHS standards.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new programs and engagement strategies.
