Keyton is seeking a proactive Resident Engagement Coordinator to join the Residents Operations team. This 15-month fixed-term role requires travel to villages and a four-day work week, with hybrid work options from Sydney, Sunshine Coast or Melbourne.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our Residents Operations team and lead the delivery of key national initiatives that support resident engagement and experience across our villages.
We welcome applications from candidates based in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, or Melbourne. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract working 4 days per week, with regular weekly travel to villages required as part of the role.
As the Resident Engagement Coordinator, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of national programs and initiatives that enrich the lives of more than 15,000 residents across Keyton communities.
Working closely with residents, village teams and corporate stakeholders, you will bring to life a diverse portfolio of engagement, wellbeing and communication initiatives designed to strengthen connection, celebrate resident achievements and create thriving village communities.
