Job summary

Strata Community Insurance is seeking a National Recoveries Officer to join our National Recoveries team in North Sydney. You will identify, review and pursue recovery opportunities across relevant claims, and coordinate with third-party insurers to secure recoveries.

You will also instruct external providers, manage written correspondence, liaise with Accounts on receipting and allocation of recovered funds, and maintain accurate records across recovery files to support the wider claims team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement with sensitive or confidential matters.
• Genuine curiosity – you ask questions, chase the detail and want to understand how things work.
• Property claims, strata, debt collection or insurance recoveries experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We'll teach you the rest.
